2026 Farmers’ Market Vendor Application

The 2026 Farmers Market is FULL. At this time we are accepting WAIT LIST and POP UP Applications for the 2026 Market.

ALL applications are subject to review & approval each year. The selection of vendors is in the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors or Designees’ sole non- reviewable discretion.

As a result of changes to Village Codes and the Permit Process, the following changes are in effect to organize the Market.

Full Season Vendors from the 2025 Season will be given priority in the application process.

  • The application MUST be completed and returned to the Chamber Office NO Later than November 1st.
  • A deposit of $100 for the primary space, along with $75 for each additional space MUST be paid by November 1st.
  • This will guarantee your space for the 2026

The vendor fee balance MUST be paid in full by JANUARY 15th.

  • If payment is not received in FULL by January 15th
    • there will be a $200 late fee applied to each space that you have applied
  • If payment is not received by February 1st
    • you will forfeit your space and be placed on the Wait

Please remember to list ALL products you would like to sell on the application. Use additional paper if necessary. Only approved products may be sold at the Market.

New Vendor Applications:

 After November 1st

  • we will accept applications for new vendors IF there are available spaces
  • if there are no available spaces, we will accept Wait List and Pop Up Applications
  • The Application will be posted on the Chambers Website after November 1st.
